If you are talking about genesis financial in harker Heights Tex or in beaverton OR, I threatened to sue them and they deleted. I recently sent them a " I'm gonna sue your a$$e$" letter after complaining to the BBB and FTC, and they removed it within a week of me faxing the letter. I posted my letter on here about a week ago.
