Go to the BBB website for their address. Write in your situation. They were reporting an old account on me and the OC was no longer in business and they could not validate. They did not answer my letters to validate. I faxed them an intent to sue and wrote a letter to the bbb via their website. Used the bbb for Genesis` address. Received a letter in the mail from Genesis home office stating it was a mistake and they would delete it within one week.
NO..NO..NO!!! They are a collection agency. If they do loans STAY AWAY!! They are not nice and their business dealings are terrible. If you need a loan try your local credit union or ask others on the board for finding a goods company for a loan.
