Has anyone had any negative/positive feedback on this company. I just signed up with them and would like to know what I am getting myself into. If this is a bad company does anyone know of any legit companies out there that do debt consolidation?
It's a lot like CCCS, which can look as bad as a bankruptcy on your reports. I do know someone who went through them and they kind of "forgot" to pay off one of her CCs completely and didn't tell her, so she was accruing late fees for months without knowing it. She also hasn't been able to get any new credit, but then again she hasn't been trying that much. Good luck!
I used Genus to pay off two old CCs that were having huge overlimit/late fees assessed. They have been a big help and niether CC has reported that I was using a Credit Counselor, so it should only help my credit rating.
