George, Congratulation, you finally got one and you called them back to lower your rate. I have to called them three times from 15.9 to 12.9% Ron.
That's great GEORGE! The apr isn't all that but I guess you can use the card sparingly and pay in full. If all else fails....this card will help your ratios.
9.90% is the HIGHEST I will pay... ACTUALLY I don't want to pay THAT high...but they don't offer any lower... SHOULD I WAIT 2 WEEKS TO GET THE CARD??? OR CALL RIGHT NOW???
George, I called them and I asked for the lower rate for the card. You may need to call a couple of times because you may talk to customer rep not lower the APR. I don't know you can make them to lower down to 9.9% APR. Ron.
Target will lower down one tier, but that's it. You can get 12.9, but I don't think 9.9 will fly with them.
bailey, I can't get them to lower my APR to 9.9% from 15.9% and I think I get lucky with good customer representative. I'm glad they didn't close my account after they approved me on the web like the others. Ron.

GEORGE, My Target Visa RED is only $5,000 which is half of your CL APR is 15.99% At first, it was 18.99% Thanks to Reshod told me to called in for REDUCTION and Limits Increase from $3,000 to $5,000... Herman
