I feel your pain! I am going through the same long process myself regarding a CA that continues to ignore me. I would have already filed in court but I am having a tough time getting the courts to allow me to use the "long arm of the law" to get this CA to come to my home state.

Anyway I plan on using ALL of the docs that I file when and if I ever get to go to court. This way it just provides me with a longer paper trail that they are breaking the law and do not care that many complaints have been brought against them. Hopefully I will soon have everything worked out.

Keep all of your paperwork because it may come in use if you need to take this thing to court. Good luck
