getsmart is no longer smart?

    Just received my new Getsmart card (my old one expired) and noticed it no longer has the smart chip. is this being phased out, or what?

    watch your interest rate, I have heard horror stories, about this company and their new cards.

    Yeah providian is geting rid of there smart chips. I received a letter on this a while back

    same thing with dh's card...providian gold now. Love that 250 limit!!

    Funny that BLUE is doing so well with the chip yet Providian pulls it, shows you who is smarter!
