Has anybody had success at getting an unsolicited product upgrade for Getsmart? I just got off the phone w/retention, they lowered my APR but said they could not give me a product upgrade unless I had been sent an invitation to do so. -Om
Translation: "You can't upgrade, but if you think your credit is better now, you may cancel and reapply" [preferably with a better lender, if I might add]. Saar
Even reapplying for GetSmart would be tricky, because you never know which one you'd be considered for. That's also the big initial problem with Get Smart. I'd wager that half the people on this board who have Get Smart Visas were hoping for the GetSmart Platinum Visa when they applied.
