I am CONSTANTLY PFB'ing Providian, I was a happy customer until I found Creditnet,lol. Mine was opened 8/00 and I got my first increase of $100 in 8/01 for my "anniversary" then I got another $100 a month later for no reason, then Oct. 01 I spent the $49 for a $1000 increase. THAT is when I started PFBing them, I spoke to some female in the Exec. office (lydia I think), and she waived my yearly fee as well as the $49 and lowered my APR to 19.99, a month later I PFB'd (my CL increase hadn't gone through yet) so she lowered my APR again to 16.99%. I just PFB'd them last week asking them why I have not been offered any upgrades to Gold, etc. I started with a $500 CL and I'm now at $1850, they are one of my older positive accounts and since they are paid off it is helping my ratios. I do think this card is eating holes through my socks though...lol
