    Anyone know about this card...like say, what they go on for approval practices???

    Very easy (easier than Target, IMHO)...

    I had about a 590-600 when I got one... with several negative lines, and two positive lines of credit.

    don't apply for this!!!

    apply for the paypalcreditcard.com by providian. It comes with a grace period.

    That is if you have bad credit. Otherwise you'll get NO GRACE period.

    I am only going to use it once a month $25.00 and pay the total balance.

    Sam:

    I have a Providian Gold Visa and the Aria(now GetSmart). I applied for the Paypal.com card (wish I read posts about this card sooner) and was turned down. They said I had already applied for a Providian card. Do you know how many cards you can have w/ Providian and how long between applications?

    dunno. I asked "aria.com" and they said, yes. I applied, received the cool as hell looking paypal card (dark grey see-through), saw the $300 limit, and cut it up.

    I got a $5000 Citi AA silver the same day, so they can kiss my arse.
