Are there any major banks that pull Experian? I am debating getting a new credit card and Experian is my best score..672, no derogatories. I already have BofA, Chase, Fleet, and BankOne

I live in Maryland. Most of my credit cards I've had for over 5 years so I have no idea what they pulled when I received them. They were all preapprovals. I have no hard inquiries currently on my credit report. I know that evil Fleet pulled TU to do an account review. Experian is my best one right now thanks to my idiot SL people screwing up my other two reports.
