Ok, it's been tough to get BK removed from one of my credit reports. They say they won't investigate it again as it's been validated. In looking at my report, my BK7 is listed but with a $0 amount. I believe at some point I read that this could be used to my advantage somehow. The mailing address associated with the BK HAS been removed from the report. Any ideas on how to proceed?
