We own apartment complexs and corporate debt.
We have had the worst time as landlords the past couple of years.
The apartments are through "LLC 's" but now that we are in foreclouser they are hitting our credit.

Is there any way to get this off of our PC? The banks are coming after us and corporate cards.

Can you find a lawyer in your area that deals with realestate, and business, that can give ya some free advice?

I dunno the legal stuff on it - but there might be something he can do to protect you from being sued? or give you a rundown of your rights in all of this.

I wish ya luck in this.

I have an attorney, but I wonder if I can eventually have the negative accounts pulled off my cr? If they are in the LLC's name with our PG , is there a way to argue the negative remarks?

It doesn't matter whose name is on title, you are still personally responsible for the mortgage.
