I am looking for an opinion here. I am getting ready to go nutcase on a collection I paid a year ago. Would you folks recommend sending the nutcase directly to the legal department (I have a couple of names for in house council) or to the general mail address? Sometimes it matters who is doing the reading. Also I am surprised that folks continue to get some success with nutcase. I mean the collectors must be getting many copies of the same letters now. Maybe itâ??s just because I read this board so much that I think this way... The average Joe probably just takes what they get from the idiot collection firms.. There are more average Joes than creditnet users (thank god)
