   Hi all, I am a newbie and have a question. I am in the process of disputing some things on my credit report. Who do I send the 1st certified letter to? The Credit Reporting Agency or The Collection Agency?

   have you actually disputed the TL with the CRA yet? that will be your first move AFTER you opt out and then dispute any old addresses off of the report.
