Well, i quess I am a newbie!! I have had the oppurtunity to read the postings for the last couple of days and got a wealth of information. I did not realize the things that I read were possible. My situation: I filed 7 on 7-27 with no objections and am waiting for the discharge. I have already disputed to have items as incuded in BK. That was probably a mistake. What is the best book that will quide me through the process. My scores are in the high 400's, with a lot of items still showing unpaid collection. Total debt outstanding 189,000, that will be moved to zero. Thanks to you all for your help through this!!!
