Getting the CRAs to report new addr

I moved more than a month ago and TU finally started reporting my new address as my current address a few days ago. Today Experian started listing my new address as a previous address and the new address doesn't show up on Equifax at all. I have applied for credit with the new address (and I know they pulled Equifax). I changed my address with all of my current creditors and I know that some of those have reported since I changed the address, yet I can't get EQ or EX to update. Do I just need to give them more time?

Once the new address is in place I'm hoping to get the previous address deleted, then dispute some of my old baddies that would have had the old address. Because of this I hesitate to send anything to the CRA's saying that I've moved and that my address needs updated, because then I won't be able to turn around and dispute the old address.

    Thanks,
    Brett

I would dispute it as is. Send them a letter saying your current address is 'not mine.' Show proof of the correct address.

I had a new address on Aug 26th when I closed on my house. Experian and Transunion reported within 2 weeks. Equifax didn't report until just 3 days ago(2 1/2 months). And I only think that was because I signed up for Credit Watch using my new address. If you don't want to sign up for Credit Watch, you could probably just give them a call or follow the suggestion in the previous post.
