Hello, I need help badly, our mortgage is seriously past due, so I hired a mortgage assistance company, to help.they are trying to get the past dues, put at the end of the mortgage, or set up a repayment, I had to pay them one months mortgage, so far 450.00 with a balnce due of 300.00 my question should I wait to see if they can help us, or file ch.13 now & tell them to forget it...I ask this because ch 13 is inevitable due to 70K in credit card debt. & collection calls. I just don't know whether to file now avoid foreclosure, but lose 450.00 or wait to see if they can help, & then get caught up & file ch7. thank you
