Thanks to responding to my message below. How do I find out my score, for free I hope. Because I took large cash advances, I'm now stuck with 20% interest on $8000. and getting no where of course. I recently contacted "DEBTicated" (through Lowermybills.com) They lower your interest rate or process a loan etc. etc. Can anyone recommend them or not? I've tried a few balance transfer offers and been turned down (high balances and too many open accounts I think) I have no negatives and am current on everything so I think I should be able to find an option but.... Can anyone recommend a good consolidator or (real) professional guidance service for me? Thanks in Advance. J2 PS I don't own a home
Hi julian, To get your REAL score, you will need to cough up 12.95 at http://www.myfico.com/ (equifax) U can get a simulated FICO if u sign up for the free trial period at creditexpert.com. (experian) Also, get a free TU report at worthknowing.com (their score is meaningless). I suggest you get your real score, it is probably worth the money. If you don't, then at least get your free equifax report at privista.com. Don't forget, you will get 30 days free, so be sure to cancel within those 30 days. Good luck, and let us know. -Roman P.S.
