Hey all...just did an online app for GM...message said I had to wait 7 to 10 business days but I called the # and was approved for a $1500 cl. They pulled Equifax and my score was 646. The only reason it was that high was because I put 6 things in dispute this morning. Before the dispute of my 6 student loans, my was 603 this morning. I hope this helps everyone.
Everytime i dispute with eq they never put my derogs in dispute.. Of course im with an affiliate CBC of columbus..
Neo. Do you dispute online or via telephone? I do mine online. Maybe that will make a difference for ya because I soon as I dispute and pull another report via Creditwatch, it shows right away.
thanks thickman, it does help a bunch. I've got things in investigation now, am going to wait to see what falls off then challenge some more stuff. That same day I plan to go after GM and Target. What state are you in?
I got turned down from GM with a 645 equifax. Hell, I got turned down from a $200 target card with a 645.
I live in Atl, Ga...where equifax's corporate office is so we get a lot of reports from them in Ga. Not sure if Gm always pulls Eq.
