My fiance applied for the GM Card yesterday online - received instant approval for 5K. Does anyone know how long it takes to receive the card from these guys?
I would say you should recieve it within 2-3 weeks if you don't I would be calling them, I know it takes like 10 business days just to process the acct.
I had a GM card for a while until I recently paid it off. How did they reward me? They jacked my APR to 23.99%. What a joke. This is for someone whose highest APR card is 8.99. I immediately called and cancelled. Household Bank is not a good company.
After one year 2 attempts at retention them being the lowest CL that I have - the best they would offer me was 0% for 6 months with a 3% fee so that's 6% APR, higher than my current rates on their compeitors cards 0% to 5.99% and no increase without a hard pull. I closed it on the spot.
