I thought it was the same problem many times...or many different problems that keep the car unusable for a long period of time...like two total months out of twelve months...

Only within the warranty. Waranty is up. So bad for me. Florida lemon law is: if the problem is not fixed on the third attempt in the warranty period, then woohoo!! I would have a claim. This is not the same problem three times. This is like 10-15 problems 2 times during and after the warranty. Well, I'm on a first now with a blown head gasket :( I'm supposed to get it back tomorrow...yea.. :p

If that is true, send a "You're an Idiot" letter to your Rep. or Senator. A car with three different parts that fail before the warranty expires is a LEMON. If the same part fails three times in a row before the warranty expires, this is called a RECALL (unless they try to hide the problem, <cough> Firestone <cough>).

The state of Florida doesn't care. :(

    Buy a Toyota!

I have purchased 2 Toyotas new and one of them went 60,000 miles without a repair (other than oil changes). Just my two cents.
