I have a GMAC loan for my car. I have maintained all payments - never been late since 4/00. I filed bk this past year. GMAC gave me a negative comment showing on transunion. Can they do this? Should I dispute? I am keeping the car, but no reaffirming - Reaffirmation in my state is optional. there is no legel enforcement nor can GMAC punish me if i refuse a reaffirm
