gmac mortgage

    oh to anwer your first question, I had nothing but collections and charge-offs. I was required to pay them all off at closing. The mortgage co. just cut checks to each one I owed. I have managed to get most all of them removed at this point.

    P.S. LKH my score hasnt budged as of today.

    with your current scores there are a few conventional lenders that will give you up to a 97% now. Also, FHA will go up to 100%. This is dependant on there being no current collections or chargeoffs; on FHA BK if a BK7 must have discharged over 24 months past, conventional must have min 42 months most are 48 months
