DH's Crap 1 has been in perpetual 120 days past due, DOLA 4/2002, on EQ since I started our quest. I knew it was a CO, but hadn't messed with it for obvious reasons. Today they updated it to CO DOLA 10/2001 (the other DOLA is correct), and his score went up 46 points. Go figure... Now if I can get Shitibank to take him out of perpetual 120 days past due (he isn't), things ought to start looking up.
Can't you just attack this as "status incorrect"? They have to charge it off after 180 days. Have you ever had it listed as a charge off? I have an account that was in charge off status and then they changed it to 120 days late, which makes it look current. I only lost 8 pts, but it's still incorrect.
