I could be going to court against a CA. I've sent the estoppel and awaiting their reply. For lack of better words, "I have them by the balls";so, they might delete before I file. They not only have violated federal law but state law as well. There are provisions under both for me to sue and get damages. In the mean time, I'm wondering about court. How should I dress? Professionally with a suit and tie? Or business casual? Or blue jeans? How should I appear? Confident? Angry? Depressed? Happy? Pleasant?

Yes, put on a suit. Be polite and confident. Always address the judge as "your honor" and address opposing counsel as Mr./Ms xxx.
When you present your case, come to the point right away. Don't try and be longwinded. If this is small claims court, the judge will be trying to run as many cases through a day as is possible. They'll appreciate a direct, get down to business approach. Good luck!
