CardKid, if you hang out at this board long enough, you will be able to obtain credit cards with limits of $250,00+. Thus you would be able to just charge it, request a validation of the charge, get the company to drop it, get the negative mark removed from your credit report, and in the end, play w/ Tiger for free.

Tiger does not win because he knows a secret, he simply practices 22 hours a day 8 days a week. The only thing he could teach me by playing a $100,000 round with him would be embarassing my golf game is :)

I would like to have a drink in the clubhouse after you guys play though, that would be cool.I just don't think I would like to ... lets just say "slow him down so much on the course" hehehehe.

Each year, the ritual in Augusta begins and ends with The Masters. Homes, apartments, townhouses, and condos are leased for a week or two at 2k-5k per week. The scalpers and bookies come to town. Limos and sports cars turn Washington Road into Rodeo Drive.

There's much fanfare. But in the end, it all comes down to one thing...the 18th hole on Sunday. Tiger, Ernie, Veejay, and the gang will all be there. I'll see them on the practice tees armed with my digital camera and plenty of batteries. I get misty-eyed just thinking about it. I should have gone to Q-school.

And to think for 100K you could play a round with Tiger (whats that 4 hours on the outside)...

for 500K you could all call me Sir Nave! And for the rest of my natural life :)))

I would really rather give the $125,000 to the SALVATION ARMY or RED CROSS

I'm interested as to how this concept might work,

are you referring to disputing the charge with the

issuer or actually letting it "charge off" at a future

    date?

The proceeds benefit the Tiger Woods Foundation. In case you didn't know Target is a $3.8 million title sponsor.

About the non-profit Foundation (from the site):

The Foundation envisions a world where people of varying backgrounds, histories, races, languages and ethnicity can all reach their highest potential and participate fully in the economic and social mainstream of society.

The Foundation pursues its goals by supporting programs that focus on creating positive environments for underprivileged youths and that emphasize the importance of parental involvement and responsibility in the lives of children.

Also, Tiger has donated millions of his own money to the charity. He's doing great work with the organization and he eagerly donates his time to help the underprivileged and disenfranchised (unlike most celebrities).
