I have about $25k in credit card bills, I am currently paying them through a credit counselor. Any ideas on getting my creditors to remove the late codes on my credit reports. Everything is current, but the past due codes from over a year ago still haunt me. I am considering dropping CCCS and paying them myself, but I don't want the interest rates to suck me dry. HELP!!!!!
