I called, got a rep on the phone during activation, was raised from $5k to $7500. what is your highest CL on your report??
Highest CL is 8k with full utilization. Thats why i would like more. have about 60% utilization on all my cards now , maybe thats why they only gave me $1500. Do i have to ask to speak to a rep whjn i call? Or retention? basically what do i do when I get that card? Should i say that i want more for BT? Threaten to close the acount? I called the activation number. When the system said "put in your card number", I pushed Zero. Then, when the system said "please re-enter" I hit zero again. When I got a rep, I said "hi, im calling to activate my card. I would like to know if you can raise my limit based on the credit report you just pulled for me this past week when I applied, without a new inquiry." "what is the maximum you can give me without a new inquiry"??
