Collection for 1100 deleted. Providian charge off deleted. TU is now clean, anyone know who pulls them exclusively? First clean credit report after 8 months of work. Got rid of two impossibles.
FCNB chargeoff and Providian chargeoff. Good day for credit, bad day for obvious reasons. My prayers go out to all those affected.

Chase pulls TU, but we have some evidence that they will see items that have been recetly deleted.

If they ask you about them, be ready to discuss them. Someone else had that happen - underwriters called and asked about prior credit history. That person denied anything negative, was turned down.

    mglanham,

congratulations on your credit report success.

I also have a providian charge-off. May I ask how you were able to dispute that one, as I have not been successful after a year.

    Thanks

thanks for the suggestion Breeze, that is exactly my first target. Hopefully I will have a little better luck with them. We'll have to see, and I will keep the board posted.

I think if they bother to call and ask about deleted items, they are considering making an offer.

wealth, I would have to say just dumb luck on the Providian. I have disputed it with the CRA's multiple times, maybe they finally just got tired of it?? I really wish I had a good answer for you, but I do not.
