Ok, I finally got pissed off and called to see what the deal was. After a really long conversation trying to explain their product to them they came up with this fix: 1.Hit the dispute button! (no kidding!!) 2. Fill out all the fields IE: a) mortgage co. b) shoe size c) blood type d)sexual orientation e)current wind speed 3. accept agreements.. Then the old format report will come up (Csr told me they will be supporting the new format and will not fix this problem) Enjoy!
