I pulled my equifax report and it says no employment record and I have been working for best buy for 2 years. Also it says 7 year record for my best buy card I have had for 2 years, it says no inquiries even though I have applied for a car loan an amex a MBNA card another amex and a chase in the last 6 months, so I don't get how it is no inquiries even though all of the accounts I got are already posted to my credit reports. Also I think my parents card and me being an au is hurting me because it says I am at 35% utilization because my parents discover is almost maxed, so should I have them remove me maybe even though that is my longest history showing at 16 years apparently.

Oh and my score even after all the new accounts and inquiries is 731!

if those lenders may not have pull equifax should I go pull experian to check that one since my experian score may be different because most inquiries are there?

You should pull all 3 reports. The information being reported, inquiries, etc, usually are a bit different on each report.
