Hey all sent a letter of Dispute to one CA on my wifes report asking for validation or removal of two TL on her EX, and EQ reports, Got the CRRR green card back today and in the mail was a letter from Martel Management the one I sent the letter too and it states 5/12/03 Dear XXXXXXX This letter is to confirm the following account(s) have been requested to be removed from the following Credit's Bureau's X Transunion X Equifax X Experian Gave the address to each one as well WOW talk about fast, tells me they have been hit with some suits on FDCPA violations before!!!
