Got my mail yesterday and there was a letter from a CA UCB I had disputed this account it was listed on 2 of three CRA's the letter said Dear XXXXXX Re: Account # XXXXXXXX/XXXXXXXXXX Please accept this letter as notification that United Collection Bureau, Inc is in the process of having the above mentioned account removed from your credit reports. This Account was reported in error. If you have any questions please feel free to call me at X-XXX-XXX-xxxx ext XXX sincerely XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX office Manager Sent only one letter in my last paragraph I told them remove it or face me in court and if I have to file I WILL NOT dismissed the case after I file unless you cover my time and court costs BTW to Date 10 degegs removed from the 3 CRS's not bad for just two months I think
Thanks guys credit net has sure helped. someone asked what my strategy is I am disputing with all my OC, or CA have some state tax liens disputing directly with the state if I get no verification back I send second letter then 30 days later a 3ed one then I send the letter to the CRA's stating they did not verify on this date here is the letter and CRRR, they did not verify on this date here is that letter and CRRR, did not verifty on 3 letter date and CRRR so I am not asking for an investigation I want this removed because as u can see they never verified or validate it so remove it. So far its working, just did that on Verizon Wireless waiting to hear back from EX and EQ now to see if they did delete it just got back my CRRR from both CRA's with all my documentation on Verizon not validating
