    Congrats! Out here in California <Silicon Valley>, your lucky if you can get into a used mobile home for $100k!!!! Then you better have good credit.

    You live near the Valley? Where?? I know housing prices are nuts! Building prices are as bad too! Are you north or south? That makes you, me, and Dog all from the area on this board! Yee Haw! The more the merrier!!!

    Here on the east coast (New York, Connecticut, New Jersey tri-state area close to NY City) a $100,000 will get you a garage (unfurnished-without a rake).
