If your in TX, and planning to file a lawsuit in small claims, you are going to have to send out the ITS.

ITS/48hr has my vote. Make sure you ask for cash. At this point, anything short of fully accepting all of your demands will look like more footdragging and stalling. It only takes minutes to fax a UDF and get a tradeline removed and new credit report mailed. One collection attorney erased their TL from my report and had Equifax send a new report in less than 4 hours. "90 days" is total cr@p!!
