I am trying to give my friend advice as to how to begin fixing her credit. My problem is that the only report she pulled is this 3-in-one from qspace.com with a CreditXpert score. It doesn't list date of last activity, and generally seems less handy (less info about lates, etc) than the ones I get at Equifax.com. Is there an "all 3 bureau" report that is as descriptive as Equifax's? Should I have her buy 3 separate reports? We have some overlapping mortgages and refinanced mortgages, and it seems to me that we want as much info as possible on that report before we start beginning disputes.
Have her get all 3 from the CRAs. Equifax, Experian and Trans Union. Depending on what state you live in, you may be entitled to a free report each year. I think you can only do this by snail mail, though. Otherwise, go to the websites of each CRA and follow the links to order your credit report and get it online with the scores. You can also, request investigations online too.
