Newbie w/ chexsystems question: if they are acting as a collection agency, can they send you mail with their name marked in the return address or should they be mailing using their address only? Thanks
Dear Cavent, They can use their name as long as the outside of the envelope does not incinuate that they are in the collection business. Chexsystem 123 Main St. Anytown USA xxxxx is probably not out of compliance. Great question.
Heya, Butch.. Ok: For #1, get the IP address from the post or wherever and go to www.arin.net and use the "whois" search. Interesting stuff. #2: Go to the blue account button, then buddies. At the bottom, it says something like "for a complete list, click here." Click the link and you can do an advanced search for members by joining date and lots more! #3: Awww, yeah!
