The only number all over the new terms paper is the 'close your account or accept' one. I wonder what they'll do with those callstats. They're definitely measuring the "effectiveness"? of their mailers by filtering everyone that way, but I wonder what is considered good or bad results in ProvidianLand? Down with Providian.
