Anyone had any luck getting a "goodwill adjustment" with Citibank? I PFB'd them and they turned me down saying they were unable to report accurate info to the CA's - or something like that. I have 90 day lates from over 2 years ago. Any recommendations? I've disputed it with the CA's and it keeps coming back verified.
Try using the goodwill adjustment letter created by psychdoc. Then send it to the corporate address. This worked for me 3x even when they said they would not remove the lates. But checking my credit report later, they had removed the lates. They just updated it. They were mostly 30 days lates and 1 60 day late. I would post a link to the letter but I don't know how to do that.
