Hi guys can someone please show me where goodwill adjustment letter is located from PsychDoc... i keep reading about it but i cannot find it... i tryied doing a search but no success... im tryin to get a goodwill adjustment on my Citi CC.. i was late 90 day on it in 2007... since then i have not missed any payment and have been paying more than minimum and have asked them to raise my CC limit and have been succesful doing so both the times... thanks
