Union Planters Bank was kind enough to give me an auto loan a year after a repo in 1998. I bought a Jeep, they financed me at a high APR of 19% but I needed a car. About 6 months or so UPBNA sold my account to another lender, but reported on my CR as 1 time, 30 days late before they sold it. I disputed the late with EX and it came back updated to 2 times late 30 days. in January February, I decided to send a nice little Goodwill letter to UPBNA, I didn't do it CMRRR and never heard back so I thougt it was a lost cause and a lesson learned. Disputed one more time as never late in April with EX. Today I recieved an email from EX stating my results are in!!! UNION PLANTERS NATL BANK Status: Paid/Never late.
