Some here believe that sending a goodwill CMRRR is a bit "confrontational", I sent one non-certified and never got a response (which drives me crazy! - did they receive it? LOL). As far as typing vs writing - this is just my opinion. I think that companies realize that most of us either have a PC, or access to one. I don't think typing vs. handwriting makes that big a difference.
