When sending goodwill letters in order to try to get "paid" deragotory items removed one or two years early from credit report. Do I send the goodwill letter to the Original Creditor?

If you're trying to remove a paid charge off, then yes- you'll need to send it to the OC that charged it off. If you're trying to remove a paid collection, then you'll need to send your letter to the CA. The OC won't be able to do anything about the collection.
