For anyone who's interested, just had FCNB give me a "the information is complete and accurate, and therefore we will not delete it" response to a goodwill letter. Thought that perhaps their little bankruptcy problem might work in my favor, but I guess not. Oh well, back to the drawing board!
I am sorry to hear that. Maybe wait and send another letter in a few months when the company is further out of business and there aren't so many records easily available.
