I sent Dillards a Goodwill letter via Planetfeedback I asked for a deletion or a paid never late status on a paid collection. I got a letter from them that they would change it to Paid/Settled In check Experian today (The account was reaged) and I discovered the following Paid/Never late. Status Details: This account is scheduled to continue on record until 12-2012. This item was verified and updated on 1-2003.
Dillard's Goodwill I sent a Goodwill letter to Dillards via "snail mail" They just wrote back yesterday saying they couldn't change anyone's pay history due to their agreements with the credit bureaus. This request was only for them to remove one 30 day late back in May of 2001. Other than that I have a perfect 10 year pay history with them.

Dillard's Goodwill I got the same bs with Kaufmanns (May co.). "We can't change our reporting--it's against the law". I am so sick of them.
