I want to try a goodwill letter to Sears and CAP1 Sears: I have a closed account a balance of 1200 and I have 3x 30 days; 2x60 days; 2x 90 days; 3x120 days; and 2x150 days. I don't think I was that late all those times but I can't prove it. If the account is closed why are they still charging me interest? CAP1: I have a new CAP1 card but an old account that was closed was 2x 30 days, and 1 x 60 days. Does any1 have contact information to simpathetic ears with these companies help please?????
