I recieved a letter back from one of my creditors. It was basically an Afidavid asking me to certify that the credit card was lost or some type of fraud had taken place. I do not want to commit pergury...what should I do?

Sounds like First USA to me. They did the same thing to me. I mailed them a letter CMRRR stating that there was nowhere in the FCRA that stated that I should sign anything stating an account is not mine. After all, I already disputed it right? If they can't determine the account is mine then it is clearly unverifiable and inaccurate and must be deleted at once. I also forwarded the letter to all three CRAs and demanded deletion.
