If you can call them first and get a POC, (point of contact) to whom you can fax, and get a promise they'll follow up, maybe you won't need to send it CRRR. Should work ok.
I'll try that to make sure I have the right fax number, but I think also mailing it crrr might just be a good safeguard if they don't delete right away.
