With the help of eveyone here I have turned around my sad state of affairs. I just received my first prime,Citi Platinium. I remember 2 years ago people were applying for and receiving 2 cards from Citi, but I not sure if this was to build credit or combine the two cards to get the Platinium card. Can I apply for a second card with Citi and if so which one. Thanks Everyone and keep the faith. I am another example that this board works!
From what I have read, the BDD is not working and some people have even had their applications and accounts closed. i would say be happy with the Platinum and let you credit rest awhile. Just my 2 cents. Too many apps and new accounts and your score will take the hit.
