just got an update from EX, they're now reporting limits on both of my C1 cards. Sent them a copy of my statements and highlighted the credit lines. It took a while, but they got it straight finally.
You MIGHT be able to SATURATE them with disputes...send them a new one every-other-month... N/A IS THE WRONG CREDIT LIMIT...PLEASE CHANGE TO $5,000...THANK YOU.
I've heard others having success in doing that, but unfortunately, next time Cap One updated, it went back to the way it was reporting previously, without the CL. That is the ONLY bad thing I have to say about Cap One. (Other than they are slow to update to a zero balance.) L
